Features:
4 Spraying guns precisely and uniformly spray the adhesive onto one of the material, the other material will be aligned and joined with the sprayed material, pressed together by a pressure roller then cure, No heating is required to cure the glue.
The high performance spraying guns turns the adhesive into fine mist with precise quantity, creating a strong bonding between the two materials and resulting in a soft and breathable lamination.
The Spray Laminating Machine is equipped with infrared edge-sensing and alignment system, which will automatically align the edges of the two materials, resulting in good quality and material saving. It also equipped with adjustable-tension feeding and rewinding systems, allowing the materials to be laminated and rewound with uniform tension, achieving a stronger and non-wrinkles bonding.
This machine use PU adhesive, making the product stretchable, flexible and can withstand multiple washings.
