Split Pressure Solar Water Heater

These Split Pressure Solar Water Heater is a split system, where the collector is from the storage tank. It is flexible assembly, combined with building perfectly. The system consist o storage tank, solar collector and working stations.Two heat exchanger models can be used for houses which have been already equipped with other energy sources(e.g.gas,boiler etc). When he weather is cloudy or raining for a period of time, the water can be heated by upper heat exchanger sourced by other energy. All the storage tanks should be tested as tested pressure of 1.2(12 bar) and the working pressure is 0.6MPa(6bar). The daily efficiency is over or equal to 55%.
Features :
1) Use heat pipe for the heat conduction and can get a high heat absorption efficiency and rapid heat transfer.
2) The pipeline is made of red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid; the crust uses aluminium alloy mould material of high strength with airflow design

5) The insulating layer ruses polyurethane bulk bubble and has a good effect of temperature preservation.
