These kombi mop wheels are designed from strongly and closely packed strips of Valgro heavy duty material with an additional flap of coated abrasive connecting each layer. The interleaved flaps are radially bonded to a resin central part and mounted on a spindle. Its particular functions are : removing paint and conditioning surface on aircraft, boats, garage door, window etc.; deburring and satin finishing rock-hard metals; weld removal and blending-in, removing heavy dirt and oxide before plating and painting; heavy duty cleaning inside cooling coils, pipes and tubing; light sanding of wood before varnish; cleaning stainless steel, deburring embossed and routed aluminum parts; deburring and grain-finishing stainless steel sheets after conventional layered abrasives and satin finishing of large surface.
