Spherical Inner Ring Raceway Grinding Machine
- The diameter of grinding wheel is 600mm, linear speed 60m/s, with high rigidity, strong grinding force and high efficiency.
- The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi PLC electrical system, by which main parts operation can be controlled and operated separately on 10.4' touch panel, easy and stable operating and regulating.
- The machine adopts centerless design, grinding wheel fixed on the machine body with good rigidity and anti-vibration.
- YASKAWA Servo motor drives ball screw to drive slide feed and automatic compensation for grinding wheel wear, which guarantee feeding sensitivity, precision and rigidity while moving.
- The machine adopts full automatic loading & unloading configuration with high feeding speed and reliability.

The grinder is mainly used for grinding inner ring raceway of spherical roller bearings. The grinder is a new efficient high precision machine tool, particularly appropriate to small production and volume production.
