Spherical Bead Lubricant

APQ-BEADS spherical bead lubricant is a completely spherical co-polymer plastic bead which is designed exclusively for the petroleum industry. APQ-BEADS is comprised of copolymer beads which are available in two sizes, coarse and fine. The functions of the APQ-BEADS are similar to tiny ball bearings, which will not break under extreme stress and impact.
APQ-BEADS spherical bead lubricant is temperature stable to 450a i 232a i .Due to its high compressive strength, this lubricant is able to minimize casing wear, reduce torque and drag and lower the risk of differential sticking in depleted, underbalanced formations.
APQ-BEADS have been screened sizing for optimum performance. APQ-BEADS provide you with particle size microns/mesh tolerances allowing you to control the size of the beads in your system for optimum performance and minimization of tool problems.
