Details
CRYO-DENS-1 is single layer high density gradient solution used in Assisted Reproductive (IUI, IVF, ICSI) procedures. This consist of set of two ampoules. 2 ml. density solution (80%) 5 ml. washing solution (HTF /HAM F-10).

Composition
2 ml. solution is silane coated with silica particles for density gradient preparation 5 ml. ampoule is washing solution with HELPES buffer, pyruvate, sodium bicarbonate, lactate, human serum albumin pentoxifylline and antibiotics for washing sperm pellet recovered from density gradient preparation.

CRYO-DENS1 is high density (80%) Solutions, suitable for all kind of semen samples.
