Steel used for making joist is of grade 350 which has minimum yield strength of 350 mega pascal (MPa) and a minimum tensile stress of 380 MPa as well a minimum coating of 275 is maintained.

Generally, Speedfloor uses a 75 mm or 90 mm topping in comparison to the other conventional RCC flooring system.
