(For TradeIndia Portal)

Skytel Tele Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Kolkata-based IT infrastructure and managed services company serving businesses, institutions, and municipalities across West Bengal and Eastern India since 2011. With over 15 years of hands-on deployment experience and a portfolio of 200+ completed projects, Skytel delivers end-to-end IT solutions that businesses can depend on — from day one and beyond.

We are authorised partners and resellers of globally trusted brands including Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, Sophos, Honeywell, Dell Technologies, HP, Lenovo, Hikvision, Microsoft, and Cambium Networks. Our CCNA-certified engineering team handles the full project lifecycle — supply, installation, configuration, and post-deployment managed support — ensuring clients never face the post-go-live gap that most IT vendors leave behind.

Our core offerings include:

• Managed IT Services — Proactive monitoring, helpdesk support, and IT infrastructure management
• Network Infrastructure — LAN/WAN design, structured cabling, switching, and wireless solutions
• Cybersecurity — Firewall deployment and management (Fortinet, SonicWall, Sophos), endpoint security, and threat monitoring
• CCTV & IP Surveillance — Design, supply, and installation of IP camera networks for enterprises, municipalities, and industrial facilities
• Servers & Storage — Dell, HP, and Lenovo server procurement, deployment, and AMC
• IP-PBX & Unified Communications — Enterprise telephony migration and management
• Cloud Solutions — Microsoft Azure and M365 implementation and support
• IT Hardware Supply — Genuine, brand-authorised hardware across all major OEM lines

Notable project references include a 40-kilometre smart CCTV surveillance network for Bhatpara Municipality and a 2,000-metre perimeter security deployment for Hindustan Unilever's Haldia facility.

Whether you are an SMB looking for a reliable IT partner, an institution requiring scalable infrastructure, or an enterprise needing co-managed SLAs — Skytel delivers outcomes, not just installations.
