We are engage in providing Solvent Extraction Plant, which is designed to extract the oil either from oil seed containing about 20% oil or from pre-pressed expeller cake, extraction of oil is done by normal Hexane, which acts as solvent. Solvent and extracted oil is separated during distillation process. SAVI has supplied many Solvent Extraction Plants and they process varieties of material including groundnut, mustard seed, soyabean, palm kernal, sunflower, rice bran, copra, cottonseed, minor oil seed like neem, mahua, watermelon seed, castor seed, etc. The extractor is horizontal in construction with specially designed conveying system, running at extremely slow speed; it is based on counter current principle. The design has universal acceptance and majority of plants working through out the world has accepted this designing principle. Special preparatory equipment is supplied to suit individual characteristic of the raw material.
