Solid Wood Brushing Flooring Machine

The solid wood brushing flooring machine is specially designed and manufactured to remove, scrape off soft wood grain/veins of plane solid wood and outline the hard wood grains or brush the grains on plastic wood, make the panel more rustic, country and elegant. It is mainly used in processing rustic/distressed solid flooring/parquet, classic/antique furniture panel, doors/window, textured wood etc. Subject to original panel surface condition and to-be-expected looks, we have two main categories: one is AF3B model of three rollers, which has special brushing rollers, stainless-wire brush or abrasive nylon-wire brush: the stainless wire brush mainly to remove the soft grain and nylon-wire brush mainly to clean the panel surface.
