These Solid Brass 3-inch Radius Sextant on Solid Hardwood Wall Plaque is mounted on a beautiful solid hardwood wall plaque. The sextant can be easily removed from the plaque and is fully functional. The sextant's telescope can be extended to focus and produces a clear and bright magnified image. There are four dark swing-arm filters, and a built-in powerful magnifier that can be swung into position to assist in reading the vernier scale. These Solid Brass 3-inch Radius Sextant on Solid Hardwood Wall Plaque has a gear-driven adjustment for the index arm and measures 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm) tall, and 4 inches (10.2 cm) wide. While the sextant is fully functional, it is not calibrated nor intended for navigation.
