Usage

Used for detergents production, as preservative and emulsifier in food industry, for leather tanning, as setting retarder, for ceramics production and others

1.Sodium tripolyphosphate can increase the tenderness of meat and can also be used as a food improver for fish products and a clarifier for beverages.2.Texturizer; emulsifier; buffer; chelating agent; stabilizer. Mainly used for tenderizing canned ham and softening bean skin in canned broad beans. Also used as water softener, pH regulator and thickener.3.Sodium tripolyphosphate is used in detergents as an additive, soap synergist, and to prevent bar soap from crystallizing and blooming. It is also a water softener for industrial water, a pretanning agent for leather making, a dyeing auxiliaries, a mud control agent for oil wells, an oil pollution prevention agent for paper making, and an effective dispersant for the treatment of suspensions such as paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide, and calcium carbonate. Food grade sodium tripolyphosphate can be used as a food improver for various fish products and a clarifier for beverages.
