Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) chemical name 3I , 7I -dihydroxy bile alkanoyloxy -N- taurine, between ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) shuttle amino group and taurine by the shrinking from the conjugated bile acids. 1902 found TUDCA from bear bile, which is the main bile bile acid, has antispasmodic, anti-convulsants, anti-inflammatory and dissolve gallstones and so on.
