Sodium Nitrate/nitrite

It also helps in the production and colour fixation of soft and proccessed cheese . It acts as an important source in the production of nitric acid . In the glass industry it is used for clarifying molten glass which helps in the production of high quality glasses. It also finds its application as an additive for concrete and as an accelator in phosphatization
