We manufacture, export and supply Slitting Line to countries around the world from Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. The material of metals to be slit can be steel HR, CR coils, GI, PPGI coils, aluminum coils, copper coils.
Line dimensions vary from 20 to 35m in length and 7-10m in width.
We design and make the slitter line strictly according to customers' requirements which are your coil material, ID, OD, max weight, max and min. coil width and thickness, minimum slit strips width, max slitting number, etc.
The slitter head(s) can be single or double exchangeable, the recoiler can be single or double mandrels for different coils ID recoiling.
The slitting speed is also designed according to capacity plan.
We will send engineers to customer plant to install the whole line and be responsible for the commissioning. Customer inspect and accept the line according to agreed standards & tolerances.
