Sliding Doors - Hollow Multi-chambered Upvc With Galvanized Steel Reinforcement | Mitre Cut Glazing, Bug Screen Track, Multi-point Lock System

Our provided Sliding Doors shall be made out of hollow Multi-Chambered UPVC Integrated Sections with Bug Screen Track with isolated drainage and reinforced with galvanized steel. The corners and joints shall be mitre cut and fusion welded. The overall dimensions of UPVC Sections are as per drawings given below with wall thickness of frame being 2.3mm A 0.3mm.

STEEL REINFORCEMENT:
Specially designed galvanized steel reinforcement for optimum structural strength is provided with min. wall thickness of 1.0mm A 0.1mm.

GLAZING :- Mitre cut glazing beads provides better asthetics. A choice of Single or Double glazing is possible. EPDM weather and glazing seals shall be provided for frame and shutter.

HARDWARE : All Hardwares are made of material resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Outer Frame is provided with Aluminium track and suitable rollers for smooth movement of Slider Shutter, Multi-point lock system and Pile seal to avoid dust coming inside.

INSTALLATION:- The Door frame is installed plumb and square within the aperture, using propreitary fasteners.
