The spindle speed in rpm can be set directly in the program. Acceleration and deceleration are also set in the program, making it unnecessary to set a separate braking turns count.
The 400W variable speed induction motor with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control is standard on the AX-3.
2. Precise Traverse Control.
The servo motor control makes for accurate positioning and quick response even at high speed. With a maximum speed of 80mm/sec., The AX-3 is suitable for most pitch winding applications.
3. Powerful Software Capabilities.
Programming is made easy through the on-line programming feature. The various winding capabilities include varying the pitch, winding width of speed during winding, and pitch winding.
4. Traverse Correction Feature.
This feature corrects the traverse position when it runs ahead of or behind the wire.
5. Connection to a Personal Computer through the RS232C port.
This facility is used to up load and down load programs for infinite program storage capacity.
