About Product:-

* Nominal Shell Sizes: 8" NPS to 72" NPS
* Design Pressures : Class 150, 300, 600, 900
* Design Temperatures : (-) 46 Deg.C. to 170 Deg.C.
* Internal Separation Elements : MISTMAT demister pack in FPV Demist. Tangential multicyclone bundle MCS2 in the FPMCS. High performance axial multicyclones type AFMC2 in the FPAFMC. Vane pack demister type VS 5/3 in the FPVS & FPKOD-HV.
* Inlet Flow Diverter : All scrubbers (except FPMSC) are fitted with an inlet flow diverter which can either be a half open pipe (for shell dia <16") or shoepentoeter (for shell dia >18").
* Installation Configuration : All scrubber except FPKOD-HV are available in the vertical configuration only.
* Separation Efficiencies: Typically 98% of all solids & liquids greater than 8 microns can be removed. FPVS is effective in removing only liquid particles.
* Special Requirements : Sour service to NACEMRO175/ISO:151S6:2003 Special external & internal coating I EN10204:2004 type 3.1 or 3.2.
* Certification : ASME "U" & "U2" certification. CE/PED certification.
