In fact the total bagacillo separation before DSM and after Hydrocyclones is above 95%. This system would successfully separates bagacillo appx qty 18 Tons / day on 180 TCH Juice Flow Rate (Having 45-50% moisture ) is added on Bagasse Blanket / Carrier fed, to the Boiler everyday. This otherwise being removed at Rotary Mud Filter Station in Press Mud after a long process. We have supplied this equipment to various Sugar Factories in India and are giving excellent results with absolutely no maintenance even upto 5 seasons.
