*Upper and lower corrugating roll: diameter 408mm; made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel with heat treatment for hardness over SHORE75A and its surface with tungsten carbide treatment.
*Pressure roll: diameter 420mm.made of carbon steel and surface with chrome-plated and grind polish treatment.
*Glue roll: diameter 315mm.surface with engraving and chrome-plated treatment.
*With glue roll auto idling circulation device preventing the glue from getting dry on the surface of the glue roll while stopping the machine.(with a gear motor 1HP*1/30).
*Doctor roll: diameter 150mm, surface with grinding and chrome-plated treatment.
*Pre-heating for liner: diameter: 265mm.with brake for controlling paper tension.
*The bearings of corrugating rolls and pressure roll are lubricated by anti-high temperature grease.
*Gaps of upper corrugated roll and pressure roll, glue roll are adjusted by pneumatic.
