Key Features
Magnetic Drum Separator is of self-cleaning type machine which provides continuous separation of iron particles from various types of free-flowing bulk and granular materials in high-volume applications. As material flows over the drum, a fixed magnetic assembly inside the unit's shell attracts tramp metal and holds it securely to the drum's surface. With iron particles removed, the non-ferrous material is collected at discharge point. As the drum rotates, cleats sweep the iron particles through and out of the magnetic field. The tramp iron particles are discharged separately, creating continuous self-cleaning system. Magnetic Drum Separator is supplied as complete machine with SS304 or SS316 Drum Housing & Drive system, Only Magnetic drum unit can also be supplied. Magnetic Drum Separator machine is available in High Intensity (Nd-Fe-B Magnet-4500 Gauss Power) and Low Intensity (Ferrite Magnet-1500 Gauss power).
