We commence our business operation as a renowned provider of Shop Floor Problem Tracking System in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The FTM SBMS system can be used for raising Problem Cards to the various Support Function Departments.For this to happen, knowledge of what transpires on the Shop floor is very important to be documented. In most cases Status Boards are put up where problems & their status are recorded. The goal of Performance Driven Management is to focus on continuous improvement by measuring results, analyzing the feedback for improvement and repeating those results continuously so as to standardize the process.

Overall there are two Types of Departments:
* Problem Card Raising Departments - who will raise the problems that they are facing based on SQDC. These would be departments like your Production Lines or Cells or Sections
* Support Function Departments - who will respond to these problems. These would be departments like Planning, Maintenance, Tool Room, Stores, Purchase, Production and so on.
