These Hydraulic gulitons shears are suited for cutting to size general purpose unalloyed, structural steel sheets up to 4000mm length and 20mm thickness with high productivity.

Body Structure: The side frames are welded with table and bed together with high quality steel of IS-226 grade. The table surface is machined and bolted with hardened transfer bars for easy handling of sheets and safety of operator's finger.

Fast and Easy Clearance Setting: Clearance can be adjusted from minimum to max. rated capacity manually by a lever on each side of machine with calibration of clearance of suitable to thickness. This is the fastest and easiest way of clearance setting.

Hydraulic Hold-downs: Positive holding by hydraulic hold-downs before shearing avoids slippage of sheets avoiding damage to blades and undue loads on machine parts. Independant operation of holddowns facilitates clamping of sheets and checking the line of cut without taking shears stroke when working on scribed lines. At left end first two hold-downs are positioned closer for better clamping of narrow widths.

Reliable Hydraulics: Hydraulic components and seals used are of international reputed brand. Hydraulic cylinders are precisely honed and assembled with hard chromed piston rods and are linked to cutting beam with permanent Lubricated spherical bearings. Two cylinders are working on differential principle to provide synchronisation. Hydraulic system is mounted on top at rear side of the machine.
