Traditional crusher with sieve bottom is not suitable for material of moisture content above 8%. Clogging happened easily when moisture content is above 10%. In this case, hammer couldna t move, material could not be discharged, even worse, motor is destroyed, and production was effect badly.
Double stage without bottom sieve, is not strict with moisture materials, so no blocks appearance, never say that fine powder cana t flow in time, material be repeat crushed, and hammer works in avail.
