Shaking Ladles

These Shaking Ladles are a ancillary facilities in for MC/LC-FeMn producing. It is used to recycle manganese from manganese slag and Pre-desilication for hot FeMn. In shaking state, the sicillon contained in liquid non-standard MC-FeMn react with the manganese in manganese slag, recycling about 75% manganese from manganese slag which melt into the liquid non-standard MC-FeMn,also it can reduce the silicon content in FeMn. This will not only maximize recycle manganese from manganese slag, but slao shorten the refining time in refining furnace. With refining ladle you can reduce the requirement for manganese component and purchase low-cost manganese arc, resulting in enormous economic benefits.
Shaking Ladles can recycle about 75% manganese contained in the manganese slag .
Iron Refining Ladle is also used to decarburization in the producing of siliconchrome(raw materials for LC-ferro chrome produce)
Mix the liquid silicon chrome with slag powder which is made up of LC-ferrochrome slag and fluorite powder,and then start the refining ladle at 50-70r/min rotational speed for about 10-15 minutes. After treatment, the carbon content can be reduced to below 0.02%, decarburization efficiency above 90%.
