Self Tapping Screw Dies Application: Industrial Use

The self-drilling screw die is a kind of cold heading die, which is used to produce self-drilling screws. Self-drilling screw die can be divided into the following five models according to the difference in material and performance.
No. 1 and 2 self-drilling screw dies are made of ZC18C, which is characterized by wear resistance and impact resistance. It is usually used to produce stainless steel self-drilling screw and iron self-drilling screws.
No. 3 self-drilling screw dies, the material is ZW-B, which is characterized by good toughness and impact resistance and is usually used to produce stainless steel self-drilling screw and composite self-drilling screw.
The material of No. 4 and No. 5 self-drilling screw dies is ZC85, which is characterized by good resistance and durability. It is usually used to produce stainless steel self-drilling screw and iron self-drilling screws.
