Self Supported Curved Roofing Application: Industrial

Our company is manufacturing of the Self Supported Curved Roofing. It is having single span/width up to 30-32 meter (I.e. up to 105 feet approx.) and the length may be of any size. These roofs are manufactured from steel coils which are per-coated with aluminum (55%) & zinc (43%) and also color coated. The color choice is also available. There will be no problem of water leakage because of no nut bolts on the roof. The life of the roof will be 10 to 15 years. These roofs may be manufactured very fast say approx. 1000 Sq.meter. in only three days, therefore, the project will be implemented well before the planned time. Looking of roof is very attractive with very good center height. These roofs have center height up to 20% of the width of the structure, here for, normal side walls height of the industrial units may be kept at some lower level. Looking to these all factors the cost of manufacturing/fabrication is very competitive. These roofs are very useful for all type of warehouses, factory sheds, automobile industry/workshops, textile, pharmaceutical industry, commercial complex etc. as well as showrooms & Air Craft hangers.
