We are offering our customers a wide range of Self-Propelled Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine, which are available following Specifications :-
1.Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine with hand starter or electric starter(Option for electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or the liquefied gas engine).
2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system has automatical brake device flexible operated in forward, back off or stop(HTS).
3.Electronic controller: Set various standard spaces, and realize PLC micro-electronic intelligent control. Freely adjust the length and space according to the needs of customer individual , and according to the needs of customer, freely adjust the profile quantity and height, The normal profile height: 3-7mm. RYZ-I adopts knob cordroller, RYZ-II adopts digital controller.
4.Paint tank: The tank made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with erect type hand (or pneumatic) stirring device. Cubage: 65 litre (about 120kg).The heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-300A )according to the different kinds of paint chosen by user.
5.Glass beads bin : Pin with window can check the quantity of glass micro-beads timely. Cubage: 15kg.
6.Glass beads dispenser: The automatical definite quantity dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system, ensures the dispenser evener and more economical.
