Self-fusing Damping Butyl Sheet

This Self-Fusing Damping Butyl Sheet is a type of non-curing sealing sheet material which is based on butyl rubber. It has good performance on adhesion, weather resistance, aging resistance and waterproof. So it is one of the best environmentally friendly products that could be used in various commercial vehicles for shock absorption, reinforcement, noise reduction and sound insulation.

Suitable for auto body, auto air conditioning, sheet metal cabinet riveted with the car floor on sealing, shock absorbing, heat insulating and noise eliminating.

Basic performance
(1) Appearance of black sheet, aluminum foil backing.
(2) Density 1.50 g/cm3.
(3) Heat resistance: 90 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, with no flowing, cracking and deformation.
(4) Low temperature flexibility: -40 degrees Celsius, there is no cracks.
(5) Peel strength: a Y17N/cm
(6) Acoustic loss factor: a Y0.21.

Using:
(1) Take the proper size and thickness of sheet.
(2) Uncover the release paper and adhere to the application place compactly.
