Hanway have six advanced 180-630 Ton die-casting machines, all equipped with full automation-spray, extractor, ladder, conveyor and trim die. We serve customers with tooling design, tooling fabrication, die casting , CNC machining, NC Milling/lathing, stamping and surface treatment : including shot and sand blasting, powder coating and painting, chromate and alodine. Change to ISO 9001:2008 new version in Dec. 2010 year Move to new address. 2011 year Invest auto ladder, spray, extractor with die casting machine ,to improve the capacity of die casting, Set up a laboratory and equipped with projection, element analysis machine, sault spray machine. 2012 year Digiwinsoft Easyflow 9.0 ERP system launching. 2014 year Cooperated with SGS to start the TS16949 pre-training. 2015 year Got TS16949 motorcycle & automobile quality system certification and offering motor heat sink for Honda.
