Scrubbers - Advanced Venturi & Cyclonic Design, Particulate & Gaseous Emission Control

Our range of Scrubbers are used to control the emission of both, particulate matters and gases. The gas velocity is used to provide the dispersal of the scrubbing media and turbulent contact of gas stream with the scrubbing media. Efficiency depends on the gas flow rates and scrubbing media introduced per unit volume of gas.
PARTICULATE SCRUBBER - The Ventury Scrubbers, cyclonic Scrubber etc. are used to control the emission of particulate matters. Dust- laden gas is pulled through a construction at the entrance duct so that its velocity is boosted to 60m/sec to 160m/sec.
GASIOUS SCRUBBER - for removal of highly soluble gases normally a Spray Absorption Tower or Packed Bed Scrubbers, Spray / Tray towers are used. Here the gas enters from the bottom side where the water is spread from the top through nozzles. When the gas comes in contact with the water in presence of the packing materials, it get absorbed and removed. Most common packing materials are rasching rings, pall rings, intalox saddies etc.
