Sant C.i. Pulp Valves

Following Details of Sant C.I. Pulp Valves :
1.MAIN BODY: The main body in two parts will be of C. I. Standard Casting. After machining and shaping it will be bolted together by bolts to make it one piece. To avoid leakage adhesive will be applied before bolting
2. GLAND PLATE: The plate will be of stainless steel.
3. SPINDLE: The spindle eill be of EN-8 & S.S. material.
4. LEGS: The Legs will be of C. I. Standard casting.
5. WHEEL: Will be of C. I. Casting
6. GLAND PACKING: Will be of C. I. Casting
7. PACKING SUPPORT: Will be of C. I. Casting
8. SPINDLE BUSH:The Spindle Bush will be of Gun Metal Casting
