For wound core, there are different sections, such as round, trapezoidal, rectangular, combined and some special sections (such as tridimensional wound core), etc. And this machine is special designed for diagonal (curve) slitting silicon steel strips for those cores.
Main features:
- Special software (installed in computer, Windows based): helping design the cores, calculating the core dimension and slitting parameters (different width and length).
- High automation: automatic positioning blades, automatic stopping; displaying processing dimension.
- High performance and long life by using high precision ball screw and roll guide, step motor, inverter, etc.
- Servo driven decoiling device, automatically following the slitting speed.
- Dual-direction positioning blades to avoided adjusting blade clearance, convenient installing blades
- Recoiling device has functions for strip positioning and tension adjusting.
