Key Features
Rustrip: (Rust Convertor)
It is a rust Convertor. Applied on the rusted iron surface it converts rust into a grayish black anticorrosive primer, ready for final painting. This primer protects the metal from further rusting.
Rustrip is recommended for use on all rusted iron, steel surface, reinforcement bars, steel structure in chemical plant and marine area as well as in commercial building.
Advantages: -
1.It saves labour and material cost of rust removing and that of primer coating hence very economical.
2.It does not require any neutralization of residual chemicals like rust removers which are acidic in nature and may cause corrosion.
3.The treated surface will stand for about 3 to 4 months in dry weather conditions and for about one month in high humid conditions, if not painted subsequently.
4.It penetrates deep in to the metal surface and prevents further oxidation.
5.It is compatible with all types of coating like Epoxy, Polyurethane, Synthetic, Oil, Bituminous, Rubber etc.
