Rubber Cutting Machine (Xql-80)

Following Features of Rubber Cutting Machine (XQL-80) :
1.It mainly used for cutting rubber natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials, especially suitable for installation in the rubber mixer to cut small piece of rubber.
2.The machine mainly consists of rubber knife, frame, cylinder, base, auxiliary table, hydraulic system, electrical system parts, cut plastic knife with nylon below the base plate to protect the gel knife blade.

Working principle
When cutting raw rubber, artificial rubber put under rubber cutting knife on the bottom, and then press the start button, then cut rubber knife, driven by the piston rod slides along the rack cut down the rubber. Rack is equipped with upper and lower limit switches to control the valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife, while also protecting cover of the cylinder.
