The cleaning drum (barrel) adopts the detachable mode. The default mesh hole diameter of the drum (barrel) is 5mm, and the user can customize the special hole size according to the product size.

During the hot air drying process, you can spray silicone oil to make your product surface more glossy and improve the quality level of your products.

It resolves the problems of low efficiency, long washing time, and water leakage everywhere used by traditional horizontal washing machine. And our cleaning machine is efficient, without any water overflow. It uses high -pressure water spraying for cleaning, and drying function is fitted, a whole set of workflows to complete the cleaning work at one time. There is no need to arrange workers to wait there, the equipment adopts the PLC programming control system, when the work is completed, it will be automatically stopped. Workers only need to feed the products and take out the products from the barrel.
