The Dataseal bonded seal is a suitable synthetic rubber bonded with heat and high pressure to metal washer . The flexing actions of the lips under pressure provides a positive and leakproof seals against wide range of fluids and temperature, at, depending on the sizes , pressures upto 20,000 p.s.i. ( 1380 bar ). These Bonded seals ( commonly called dowty seals ) in addition to eliminating leakage, reduces tooling cost, installation and maintenance costs. Dataseal Bonded seals are made in large range of elastomers and metals as per functional requirements and for temperatures range from -40oC to +200oC.Elastomers Range includes Silicone , Nitrile , viton , EPDM, Neoprene etc.. Metal range includes SS316, Brass, M.S. Cadmium plated etc.
