We successfully developed rubber balls with better quality and more reasonable price. To insure cleaning effect, each rubber Ball should be passing through every condenser tube uniformly. We pay great attention on the formula and manufacturing processes of rubber ball, so that we can confine its density in a tiny scope, which guarantee rubber balls with low density able to reach the top of the pipe. At the same time, the rubber balls with high density are able to clean the lower part of the condenser tube and others with medium density can clean central part of the tube. Only when rubber balls distributed uniformly can we ensure a thorough cleaning.

In our company, a complete range of cleaning balls has been developed to cope with various types of tube fouling, different tube materials and variable pressure drops in condensers. We control our rubber ball a swelling rate into 0 mm, which at most can be 0.5 mm.
