The adhesive appears as a white, semi-paste that is easy to apply and spreads uniformly over surfaces. It skin-forms within 5 to 12 minutes at 25 C and 50% relative humidity, making it suitable for fast-paced assembly lines. A full cure is achieved in 24 hours, reaching a depth of 2 3 mm under normal ambient conditions. It maintains a solid yet flexible structure with a Shore A hardness of 55 5, offering both rigidity and shock absorption. Designed for thermal management, it delivers thermal conductivity of 0.5 W/m K, ensuring effective heat dissipation from sensitive components. With a tensile strength of 2.3 MPa, it forms strong mechanical bonds even in vibration-prone environments. The material can stretch without cracking, thanks to an elongation at break of 100%. For electrical applications, it provides robust insulation with a dielectric strength of 14 kV/mm and a volume resistivity of 3 10 cm. It is a low-volatile adhesive, containing less than 2.2% fugitive content, minimizing shrinkage and odor. Complies with UL94 flame retardancy, and is certified under RoHS, REACH, and is halogen- and sulfur-free, making it safe for global electronic manufacturing standards.
