1. Application and Features of Round Drip Pipe
Round dripper irrigation pipe is widely used for water-saving irrigation on plains, hills and sloping field,greenhouse,and etc.
The distance between drippers can be adjusted according to demand from different crops. The paving length can reach as long as 100 meters.
The inline dripper is designed uniquely with arc flow path, which has functions of complete turbulent flow, automatic flush and strong anti-blocking.
One dripper has two filters, as leading to more efficient block-resistance.
The pipe wall thickness can reach to 1.2 millimeter and has long service life.

2. Features of the Production Line:
The production line is computer controlled and adopts touch screen operation, as leading to stable production, convenient operation, high efficiency and energy saving.
Drippers feeding, selection, transference and inserting, and pipe extruding, hole punching can be conducted synchronously.
The screw bolts used for the extruder and barrel are made of top-quality 38CrMoAlA nitriding steel, with the surface hardness reaching HV850-1000 after ionitriding. The screw bolt adopts optimal design with mixing head in same distance and different depth. And the raw material can be extruded and plasticized evenly, with the pipe surface very smooth.
The extruding mould and the forming & cooling device are made of special material, having the characteristics of unique structure and stable fixed diameter.
The tractor adopts frequency-variable control and can fit for the speed demands of different technological skill. It adjusts the pressure force of caterpillar band automatically by up and down air cylinder. The surface of caterpillar band has rubber protective layer which prevents drip irrigation pipe from clamping and distorting by tractor effectively.
The holes puncher adopts mechanical method and is equipped with residue recycling system. It has features of high punching speed, no remaining residue and stable operation.
The line adopts double-wheel reeling unit, as enable it to change rolls without stop.
