Key Features

This Rough Boring Machine is used for Rough Boring and Plunge facing of component. The component is loaded and held firmly in a hydraulic fixture. Boring and facing tools are carried in a sturdy boring unit mounted on a hydraulic slide. On pressing cycle start Push Button boring spindle starts rotation and the unit moves in rapid feed, changes over to set slow feed and boring is done to required size. At the set distance spindle changes over to slow speed and plunge facing is done. On completion boring unit is braked & slide returns back and stops. The component is declamped and ejected in to a chute to be directed to a bin.
