PRIMARY IN FEED CONVEYOR :
It is basically to feed Car / Truck tyres into Rotary Shear. It is specially designed Mild Steel Slat Chain Conveyor.

ROTARY SHEAR:
This Rotary Shear is designed to shear & tear large and voluminous tyres car / truck into small pieces, so that they can be easily handled. It is two-rotor type driven by motor, coupled with heavy duty gear boxes, to take abnormal load conditions and pre a shred without causing any noise or air pollution.

OUT FEED CONVEYOR (BELT TYPE):
This trough type conveyor shall bring the tyres falling under the shredder and deliver
it to the final out a feed conveyor.
