Product Overview

Key Features

This unit is particularly suited for pasteurization of dense semi dense or liquid products. The unit has a simple and unique construction consisting of an internal stainless steel pipe mounted with taflon scraper blades. On a rotating shaft inside the inner tube. The inner tube is enclosed by a outer external tube of mild steel which acts as a steam jacket. The product flows through the inner stainless steel tube with help of a Roto pump which is connected at the outlet point of blending tanks. In the outer jacket steam is fed. The product inside the inner tube gets heated up and reaches at pasteurization temp. The rotor fitted with PTFE scrapers continuously keeps on scrapping the product to avoid any burning of the product.
