Rotary Sack Printer

For Printing on : HDPE woven sacks, P. P. woven sacks, Jute bags, Paper bags, Multiwall paper sacks, Jumbo bags, Textile bags etc.

Method of operation :-
Flexographic printing system is used for transfer of image . The image is transferred through polymer stereos or rubber stereos of 5 mm thickness . the stereos are mounted on the printing cylinders by means of double sided adhesive plaster, Ink is transferred to the stereos by rubberized rollers and anilox rollers. Even flow of ink is possible by squeezing of rollers. The bag is fixed manually and precisely taken up to print the image where desired. Double, Triple and Four colour printing can also be done in single pass on these machines.

* The ink supply adjustment is a worm and worm gear system (as in German machines) which enables fine adjustment of supply of ink and moreover it is self-locking and hence easy to operate.
* The pressure adjustment on both ends of the pressure roller ensures a zero-zero print on the sack.
* The drive roller for the endless conveyor belt are crowned which eliminates the movement of belt side ways.
* The machine is driven by a single endless chain drive which eliminates the registration difference between the 2nd / 3rd / 4th colour.
* Easy to lock, Easy to remove Ink Trays. Moreover the INK Trays are made of Brass which is paint and Ink Resistant.
