In this, the components to be cleaned on the indexing arm and fixtures at the loading and unloading station. The components are transferred inside the cleaning chamber, and indexing arm gets indexed, when cycle start button is pressed. Indexing arm is indexed to the flooding cum washing chamber followed by the air blow chamber and finally to loading and unloading station, after the cleaning gets over. Fresh batch of components for cleaning is loaded by the operators.
