Rings are made from Alloy Steel & 31 MS 8620. We has advanced capabilities for the manufacture of ring rolled forging with Spheroidize Annealing. Rectangular or profile rings as per customera s requirement.

Power Press & Open Ring Roling Forging

Controlled modern furnace is used to get good results for forging. We have power presses with capacity 50 to 500 tons used as per job requirement process. We in house have 5 Power Press & 2 Rolling machines equipped for the sizes 100 mm to 700 mm outer diameter and weight for 5 Kg. to 150 Kgs.
