* BODY AND CHASSIS: Body & chassis of road rollers are made from the best quality tested steel plates and MS. channels. It is welded together with latest CO2 Arc welding machines for strength & sturdiness.

* BRAKE SYSTEM: A specially designed most powerful, reliable & dependable foot operated brake system is provided in the road roller. This system is attached on differential unit.

* GEAR BOX AND DIFFERENTIAL: Heavy duty suitable gear box and differential assembly with gears made out of special alloy steel is installed. All the gears of gear box & differential are oil sunk lubricated for longer life and proper functioning.

* ENGINE: The road rollers are powered by a six cylinder Shaktimaan re-conditioned engine.

* FRONT ROLL FORK: Front roll fork is fitted with two taper roller bearing at top and bottom of fork shaft to obtain smooth & free movements of front wheels.
