Ripple Machinery

Our range of Ripple Machinery is used for adding different flavors of SYRUP, THICK RESIN, HONEY or STRAWBERY CRUSH into flow of Ice Cream from Continuous Freezer. Ripple Machine works only on 230 V AC electrical supply. This machine can also be used with Automatic Filling and Extrusion line also. Design of the unit is suitable for C.I.P. cleaning. Ripple machine is fixed with four castor wheel for easy movement.

0 to 2 liter per minute, depending upon product viscosity, suitable to connect 80 liters, 150 liters, 300 liters & 600 liters. continuous freezer, considering 2% to 5% Ripple.
