Key Features
Ribbon Blender is a 'U' type horizontal mixer to mix dry powders. Specially designed and fabricated helical ribbon is such that perfect movement of even quantities is effected and assures homogenous mixing. The design of the outer and inner ribbons is such that the powders are subject to rotary motion as well as horizontal linear motion in opposite direction resulting in perfect blending. Shell is fabricated from stationary U trough with welded and bolted end plates. Ribbon shaft fabricated from seamless CS pipe with EN-8 end shaft. Ribbon and arms welded on ribbon. Ribbon shaft supported with heavy duty SA bearings and stuffing box.
