Major Functions of RH-500 Laser Cladding System
1. Scope of Application
Rapid repairing of defects on large, medium and small sized various imported and domestic machinery parts;
Repairing of defects on matrices of various materials and hardness;
Cladding with various metals and non-metal materials like tungsten carbide and ceramic powder, etc;
Surface modification of matrix, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, and wear-resistance, etc.

Cladding speed is I 3mmA (0-14)HZ/S.
3. Cladding Thickness
Thickness cladding metal powder once only can reach 0.1mm-1.0mm, while thickness cladding sheet metal once only can reach 0.1mm-0.6mm. Fusion casting can be repeated to increase thickness.
4. RH-500 Laser Cladding System can be equipped with optical fiber of 0-200m, which is convenient for long-distance non-contact metal repairing.
